Adam Franklin is the former head chef at london's famous restaurant daphne's who chose to leave his successful chiefing career to bring a new eating sensation to the North west and is now determined to spread the gospel of Franklins  "Having a social conscience for the local traders is what Franklins believe is not only the right thing to do, but the duty of all food providers in Liverpool."
